Who I Work With

I specialize in treating the effects of stress and trauma on the nervous system, inner life, and relationships. My work focuses on nervous system regulation and trauma resolution to help clients restore a sense of safety, connection, and vitality.

I work primarily with individual adults, both in-person in South Eugene and online. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon and Colorado, I am able to provide diagnosis and limited psychological assessment when clinically appropriate or as required when billing insurance.

Populations I Serve

I commonly work with:

  • Survivors of single-event trauma (accidents, assaults, medical events, natural disasters, etc.)

  • First responders (law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, and other emergency services personnel)

  • Those experiencing moral injury or self-betrayal

  • Adults navigating anxiety, irritability, shutdown, grief, fatigue, or disconnection from self and others

  • Those seeking culturally specific care informed by a Catholic understanding of the human person, which is to say, as a unified whole of body, emotions, intellect, and will

My primary focus is nervous system regulation and trauma resolution. I am happy to work with many common issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and attachment wounds when they are connected to stress or trauma.

Scope of Practice

I do not provide primary treatment for the following:

  • Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism), OCD, dissociative disorders, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or personality disorders as the central focus

  • Eating disorders, active suicidality, ongoing self-harm, or primary substance use disorders

  • Gender identity concerns or body dysmorphia as the central focus

  • Couples, family, or group therapy

  • Letters for emotional support animals

If any of these areas are your primary concern, I’m happy to provide referrals to appropriate specialists. I can also work concurrently with other providers when you are already receiving care for those conditions.

Non-Discrimination Policy

I welcome all clients. Inner Room Somatic Therapy complies with Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, Oregon, or Colorado law. Free language assistance services and auxiliary aids/services are available upon request. Please contact me if you need these accommodations.
