If you are interested in working with me, the first step is usually to schedule a Meet & Greet (free 20 min consult) where we can get to know each other and figure out if we'd be a good match.

You can click the button below to view my online calendar and book a no charge consult, which can be via phone call or online video. If you have trouble with my online calendar, feel free to email me with a few potentials days and times that work for your schedule. Before scheduling, please read the rest of this webpage.

3003 Willamette St, Eugene, Oregon (in-person sessions)

When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable in the reception area and I will come out to get you at your appointment time.  I aim to start and end appointments right on time.

Online Video (telehealth sessions)

If you do not live in the Eugene area or simply prefer to meet online, please inquire if I am currently accepting new clients for Online Video sessions. I limit the number of hours I spend in front of a screen in any given day.

Fees

Session fees range from $85 to $200 depending on services. I offer a 15% "no hassle discount" for clients who are not involving insurance in our work.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider, or completing contracting, with the following insurance companies: Pacificsource Health Plans (commercial), Pacificsource Community Solutions (OHP), Kaiser Permanente, and Trillium OHP. I can also bill CareOregon/Heathshare in the Portland area. If you have any another health plan, please inquire about using Out of Network (OON) benefits through a service I subscribe to called Thrizer, which makes using your OON benefits relatively painless.

Oregon Health Plan

Most people with OHP access their benefits through a local Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). In Lane County, options include Pacificsource Community Solutions and Trillium OHP. In Portland, CareOregon/Healthshare is the primary CCO, although some people may have Pacificsource or Trillium. When you reach out, if you have OHP, please tell me who your CCO is.

If you have more than one insurance plan

If you are covered by multiple insurance policies, such as an employer plan that is your primary policy with OHP as a secondary policy, or if you have Medicare, it is very important that you to tell me about all of your plans so that they can be billed properly.
