If you already work with me, you can click on either the Patient Portal or Manage Appointments button above using your email address to view your scheduled appointments, re-schedule or cancel, or book new appointments. With the Patient Portal, in addition to the more simple Manage Appointments tool, you can also send and receive private encrypted text messages, manage billing, and complete forms I may have requested.

I am not currently accepting new patients into my practice. However, feel free to check back in a month or two as there are usually people who graduate or move out of area, opening up additional space from time to time. Email is usually the best way to reach me.
